Write for Five
"WANTED: Writers with Style"
Writers wanted to propose short (500-1,500 word) articles to FIVE magazine in one or more of our five dimensions: the environment, eco-tourism, healthy lifestyles, culture – think film, music, books – and image.
The best way find out what kinds of stories we are looking for is to read Five.
Or, if you're fresh out of ideas, consider taking an assignment.
At this time we pay $40 per 2 page, 900 - 1,500 word feature, plus copies (hard and pdf), and an author bio and photo published on our contributors' page. Nearly all assigned stories and accepted submissions will be published, but there is a small chance they will not be used. Sorry, we are unable to offer a kill fee.
